The programme has been coordinated by the Danish Institute for International Studies and carried out together with partners in Bolivia, Nicaragua, Mali, Vietnam and Zambia, and international partners in South Africa and the UK. The programme was funded through a grant of DKK 10 million received from the Danish Research Council for Development Research, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
